The room is reasonably priced. The breakfast offers a wide array of coffee and tea. The staff are very nice and pleasant, offer EXCELLENT services.

Delicious coffee and tea in the morning. Spacious well equipped and warm enough hotel units with a great bathroom and a good selection of things and 2 single beds. What a marvellous location very close to the centre! Short walk to old building/former palace as well as the pub / restaurant.

I liked the design of the rooms and the atmosphere of an old stylish place.
I did not like the poor choice of hotel breakfast including stale bread. Not relevant for a four star hotel.

This place is centrally located, just a 10-minute walk to all the main attractions like the Old Town and the main square, which is really convenient.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Ostoya Palace Hotel. The staff were friendly, efficient and welcoming. It was the perfect location for visiting Krakow. We had a beautiful room with high ceilings and big windows it was really good value for money.

The staff were pleasant and spoke good english. The location was good For the city centre.
The lack of facilities as was quite basic. The breakfast was ok but Could have been a lot better. The cost was high really considering What they offered. I would recommend it but with the above conditions.

The room was exceptional and cozy, the bathroom was large with a Jacuzzi bathtub and a shower, and the location was in the heart of the main town center.

The parking place was 100 meters from the hotel and was only one key for the gate.
